Introduction: 

Also known as washing tower, absorption tower or purification tower, wet scrubbber. It is an apparatus for generating gas-liquid phase contact, used for treating harmful components in industrial waste gas.

Spray tower wet scrubber is mainly used to treat and purify the exhaust gas containing acid mist.

It works as follows: The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, passes through the filler layer, and the exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid undergo gas-liquid two-phase. Full contact with the absorption and neutralization reaction. After the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, it is dewatered and defogged by a demister plate and discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorption liquid is sprayed down on the top of the tower after being pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower, and finally returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets emission standards.

 

Working Principle

 

The first step: Exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption solution fully contact, absorption and neutralization reaction. 

The second step: After the absorption liquid is increased by the bottom pump, it is sprayed down to the top of the tower, and then returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. 

The third step: the purified acid fog exhaust gas can be discharged locally, and the standard discharge requirements are in line with the discharge standards.
