Product Description

The filter bag is the core filtering element of the bag-type dust collector. Its performance directly affects the dust removal efficiency, the service life of the equipment and the operating cost.

Based on the material, there are several commonly used categories:

1) Polyester needled felt, At normal temperature conditions (<130ºC): It has high cost performance, is wear-resistant and acid-alkali resistant, and is suitable for the treatment of ordinary dust in industries such as building materials and chemical engineering.

2) Acrylic (acid-resistant felt): It has strong hydrolytic resistance and is suitable for environments with high humidity and acidic gases (such as waste incineration tail gas).

3) PPS fibers, At medium-high temperature conditions (130ºC - 200ºC): They have excellent oxidation resistance and are suitable for high-temperature flue gas containing oxygen such as coal-fired boilers and waste incineration.

4) Nomex: It has a momentary temperature resistance of 250ºC and high tensile strength, and is suitable for high-load scenarios such as steel smelting and cement kiln tailings.

5) At ultra-high temperature conditions (>200ºC), PTFE coated filter material: It has a temperature resistance of 260ºC, a smooth surface that is easy to clean, and is suitable for ultra-high temperature conditions such as hazardous waste incineration and carbonization. It is necessary to be combined with a pulse jet system to prevent damage.

6) Glass fiber: It has a temperature resistance of 280ºC, strong corrosion resistance, but it needs to be combined with a pulse jet system to prevent damage.
 

Surface treatment:

1) Brushing/Finishing: Eliminate surface fiber bristles, reduce dust adhesion force, and extend the cleaning cycle.
2) Post-treatment process Water and Oil Resistance (WF): Through fluorocarbon resin impregnation, applicable to environments with oil mist or high-humidity flue gas (such as asphalt mixing stations).
3) Anti-static (AS): Mix conductive fibers to eliminate the risk of static sparks, applicable to flammable dust such as coal powder and aluminum powder.

1) Coal-fired Power Plants: High temperature, high sulfur content, high humidity. PPS + PTFE coated filter media. Withstanding temperature of 190ºC, resistant to acid and alkali pH 1-13.
2) Waste Incineration: Ultra-high temperature, corrosive gases. Fiberglass + PTFE base cloth. Withstanding temperature of 260ºC, resistant to HCl/SO2 corrosion.
3) Cement Kiln Head: High dust concentration, high wear. Aramid + P84 blend. Abrasion resistance index > 150mg/1000r.
4) Chemical Tail Gas: Contains organic solvents, flammable and explosive. Fluorosilicone + anti-static treatment. Limiting oxygen index ≥ 32%, resistant to organic solvents.
5) Biomass Boiler: Contains tar, prone to condensation. P84 + PTFE impregnation. Withstanding temperature of 240ºC, anti-coking performance.
