The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is a new type of dust removal equipment. The dust collector has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, small size, large filtration area, good filtration effect, small pressure loss, long filter cartridge life, quick and convenient installation and maintenance, and continuous use.

Working Principle
The pulse filter cartridge dust collector consists of an air inlet, a filter cartridge, an air outlet, an air bag, a pulse controller, a spray valve, a spray pipe, etc.
The filter cartridge is made of folded and wound polyester fiber. The lower end of the filter cartridge is closed, and the upper center is directly opposite to the lower end of the spray pipe.
After the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, the air flow speed slows down, the coarse particles are separated from the air flow, and settle inside the dust collector, the fine powder is continuously filtered and blocked outside the filter cartridge, and the purified clean air is discharged from the air outlet.
When the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge is thick, the pulse controller issues a command, and the spray valve starts to work. At this time, the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out through the spray pipe at a higher speed. At the same time, it can induce more fresh and clean air to enter the filter cartridge, so that the air flows quickly from the inside to the outside, sweeping the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and finally discharging the collected dust from the ash hopper.
