Soray tower wet scrubber is mainly used to treat and purify the exhaust gas containing acid mist. 
spray tower is a new type of industrial waste gas treatment and processing equipment. It is produced on the basis of an industrial exhaust gas purifier with a floating filler layer. It is widely used in the pretreatment of industrial waste gas treatment, dust removal, etc., and the purification effect is very good.

Working Principle

The first step: Exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption solution fully contact, absorption and neutralization reaction. 

The second step: After the absorption liquid is increased by the bottom pump, it is sprayed down to the top of the tower, and then returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. 

The third step: the purified acid fog exhaust gas can be discharged locally, and the standard discharge requirements are in line with the discharge standards.
