Industrial Vacuum Cleaner Cyclonic Separator with Cartridge Filters for Carpentry Wood Dust 

  Cyclonic Collectors with After Filters offers a cost effective dust collection solution on larger dusts and chips as well as on finer particulates for small to medium sized operations.

  The cyclonic pre-separator is highly efficient at separating dust as it will collect up to 90% of the particulate prior to the after filters.

Handling large air volume: The cyclone-cartridge type dust collector can handle large amounts of dusty gas containing dust, meeting the requirements of light industrial production lines.
Strong adaptability: It is suitable for processing dust of different concentrations and types, and has good collection ability for lightweight fiber dust (such as asbestos dust, sawdust ects).
Easy maintenance: The cartridge adopts a spring tensioning structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and is easy to replace and clean regularly; the dust cleaning system has a high degree of automation, reducing the cost of manual maintenance.

Structure

Cartridge:
Core component, usually made of polyester, water-proof, anti-static,Oil resistant, high temperature materials, We will select the correct materials based on working conditions.

Dust Cleaning System:
Includes pulse valves, blow-off pipes, air tanks, etc., used for regularly removing dust from the surface of filter bags.

Dust Bin/hopper:
Collects and stores dust that falls off during dust cleaning.

Shell:
Supports cartridge and cyclone, Seals the dusty gas.

Wheels:
Easy to move the whole equipment

Working Principle

Dust separation: The dusty gas first enters the cyclone dust removal section and forms a rotating airflow through tangential entry.
Under the action of centrifugal force, larger particles of dust are thrown towards the wall of the cyclone and slide down along the wall surface to the ash hopper, achieving preliminary separation.

Filter cartridge filtration: After cyclone separation, the gas enters the filter cartridge dust removal section and is further filtered by the pleated structure of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge uses highly efficient filtering materials and can intercept fine particles ranging from 0.12 to 0.6 μm.

Dust cleaning system: When the accumulated dust on the surface of the filter cartridge reaches a certain thickness, the dust cleaning system is activated. Dust on the surface of the filter cartridge is removed by pulse jetting or reverse blowing airflow to restore the filtering performance of the filter cartridge.
