It is a lightweight and efficient polishing and dust removal workbench equipment specially designed for various welding, polishing, grinding, deburring, plasma cutting during welding and other operations in mechanical processing plants, automobile assembly plants, repair shops and related industries. The workbench can effectively capture fine suspended dust without interfering with the movement and vision of workers. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized finishing and polishing of various irregular parts.

It can accommodate two technicians working side by side or at both ends of the workbench, and the workbench can be easily moved to other work areas.

Working Principle

Step 1: Put the metal that needs to be polished onto the work surface. 
Step 2: When polishing metal, the dust and gas will be sucked into the Dust collector clean gas chamber through side suction and lower suction. 
Step 3: Filter through the filter cylinder, absorb the dust into the dust collector, and discharge the clean air into the atmosphere. 
Step 4: In addition, the equipment has automatic cleaning function.
