Product Description

Bag dust collector, also known as bag-type dust filter, is an efficient dry dust removal equipment widely used in the field of industrial dust treatment.

Its core principle is to utilize filter bags made of fiber filter materials (such as polyester, PPS, PTFE, etc.), through mechanisms such as physical interception, inertial collision, and diffusion deposition, to separate solid particles in the dusty gas and achieve gas purification.

Structure Composition

Filter Bag:
Core component, usually made of high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant fiber materials (such as polyester, polytetrafluoroethylene, glass fiber, etc.).

Dust Cleaning System:
Includes pulse valves, blow-off pipes, air tanks, etc., used for regularly removing dust from the surface of filter bags.

Dust Bin/hopper:
Collects and stores dust that falls off during dust cleaning.

Shell:
Supports filter bags and seals the dusty gas.

Dust Discharge Device:
Such as star-shaped discharge devices, screw conveyors, etc., used for discharging dust from the dust bin/hopper.

Working Principle

1) Inlet of Dust-containing Gas:
Dust-containing gas enters the dust collector through the inlet and is evenly distributed to each bag chamber by the deflector plate.

2) Dust Filtration:
When the gas passes through the filter bags, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the bags and the purified gas passes through the filter bags and enters the clean air chamber.

3) Bag Cleaning
As the dust accumulates, the resistance of the filter bags increases. When it reaches the set value, the cleaning system is activated (such as pulse jet blowing), and the dust on the filter bags is removed and falls into the ash hopper.

4) Dust Discharge: 
The dust in the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge device.
