Introduction:

Structure Composition
1. Wet Scrubber Body
The tower body is the main structure of the spray tower, used to accommodate components such as packing, spray devices, etc., and to provide space for the contact between exhaust gas and absorption liquid.
2. Spray Device
The spray device is responsible for evenly spraying the absorbent liquid (such as water, alkaline liquid, acidic liquid, etc.) onto the packing layer to form fine liquid droplets, thereby increasing the contact area between the exhaust gas and the absorbent liquid.
3. Filler Packing Layer
The filler layer is the main place for gas-liquid contact. The filler provides a large specific surface area, increasing the contact time between exhaust gas and absorption liquid and enhancing the purification efficiency.
4. Recirculation Water Tank
The recirculation water tank is located at the bottom of the tower body and is used for storing and circulating the absorbent solution.
Working Principle:
The first step:
Exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption solution fully contact, absorption and neutralization reaction.
The second step:
After the absorption liquid is increased by the bottom pump, it is sprayed down to the top of the tower, and then returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling.
The third step:
The purified acid fog exhaust gas can be discharged locally, and the standard discharge requirements are in line with the discharge standards
